A bad experience in a restaurant

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about your service in the restaurant last week, where I went for have luch with my parents.

When I arrived at the restaurant there were a lot of people waiting for a table to have lunch, but we decided to wait, too. We had a bar snack to make time and get rid of appetite. We were waiting for hour and half, when we got the table we ordered some grilled meat, which does not take long to be done. But we had very bad luck and it took another hour more. We thought that the waiters had forgotten and we asked them why was the meat taking so much and they did not know anything. Finally they brought the meat and it was good and the appologized and they gave us a dessert.

Furthermore, we were shocked for the bad service and disorganization that we saw, and it was very late for have luch, was completely unacceptable.

In my opinion I decided to go for the good reputation of the place but it was disappointing, although the place was beautiful and with a good presence. I think you should organise better and the clientele will be even bigger.

I'm going to show you the national park Sierra de las Nieves in Málaga, in the south of Spain. It has a high elevation the peak of the Torrecilla with 1.919 metres located in Tolox. It has an area of 20,163 hectares. It is a mountaniuos territory, rugged, cut by deep ravines and spectacular pits. It has a great natural wealth, with many animals and plant species. The natural park has got a lot of benefits because it's a big park with a lot of biodiversity and that's good for the enviroment of the world. We have to be responsable and look for it.
